Straight bare palletize with chipboard between rows, cardboard scuff sheet on bottom, steel strapped wooden battens, soft cardboard top and bottom, cardboard end cap.
Note: Will use paper between rows on painted.

 

Type 103

Approximately 100# hand bundles, paper wrapped, chipboard between rows, cardboard scuff sheet on bottom, steel strapped wooden battens, soft cardboard top and bottom, cardboard end cap.
Note: Will use paper between rows on painted.
Note: Hand bundles will be grouped into master pack.

 

Type 104

Straight palletize with paper interleaving between parts, chipboard between rows, cardboard scuff sheet on bottom, steel strapped wooden battens, soft cardboard top and bottom, cardboard end cap.

 

Type 105

Straight palletize with foam interleaving between parts, chipboard between rows, cardboard scuff sheet on bottom, steel strapped wooden battens, soft cardboard top, bottom, and sides, cardboard end cap.

 

Type 106

Straight palletize with chipboard between rows, steel strapped wooden battens, hard cardboard complete surround.
Note: Will use paper between rows on painted.
Note: This package for shipping common carrier.

 

Type 107

Cartons put into palletize. Carton size to be either 2"x6", 4"x5" or 6"x8" approximate weight 100# or per piece required. Chipboard or paper layered rows as required, steel strapped wooden battens.

 

Type 108

Wooden skid stacking or gaylord box stacking, chipboard between rows, soft cardboard surround, steel banding around load. Gaylord boxes will be stacked the same but have cardboard top covering.
Note: Will use paper between rows on painted.
Note: This pack will apply to all material from 48" and less in length.
